How long is the warranty period?

All units are under the warranty (service) period of a 1-year from the date of purchase. Flash units are under warranty for 3 months while batteries bought are not subject to any warranty. We will also be testing the unit before delivering so to ensure the units are under good working condition before delivery. However, if the unit is found and reported defective (due to factory defect) within 7 days, we will replace the unit.

What are the basic inclusions of a digital camera?

This usually varies depending on which brand and model.Standard accessories are battery, cables, USB cable, battery charger, memory card.Please check the box for standard inclusions.

Are the units brand new?

All units we offer are brand new. We dont sell second hand cameras or accessories.

What is the delivery procedure?

After receiving the order form, we expect the buyer to settle their account within 3 working days via bank transfer. Please advise us if you have settled the payment, as we will be checking on our end. You can choose 2 types of delivery. THROUGH COURIER: We will inform the buyer (through text or call) if the courier had picked up the goods on the day. Buyer will be shouldering the courier delivery fee. DELIVERY BY PERSONNEL: We can deliver in the following locations: Makati, Manila and Quezon City. Payments will still be deposited before we deliver. A charge of P 300.00 is applicable for this extra service. Small items are not applicable for delivery. We will contact the buyer to schedule on when the items can be delivered. Delivery of the goods should be expected in the afternoons. We do not deliver on weekends Saturday and Sunday and public holidays.
